These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through CoffeeandSp1te. By purchasing or downloading a product from this website, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products
CoffeeandSp1te sells digital products, including writing generators, workbooks, ebooks, guides, and downloadable tools. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
Product descriptions, images, previews, and examples are provided to help you understand what you are purchasing. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen, printer, or software.
Personal Use License
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, your purchase grants you a license to use the product for your own personal and creative work.
You may use CoffeeandSp1te generators, prompts, worksheets, and tools to create your own original stories, characters, worlds, projects, and other creative work. The stories and original creative work you produce using our products are yours.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the CoffeeandSp1te product itself.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, reproduce for distribution, or make the original purchased files or tools available to others, whether for free or for payment.
You may not claim CoffeeandSp1te products, designs, generator tables, written content, or downloadable files as your own products.
Downloads
Download availability may be limited by the number of downloads and/or the access period shown with the product or purchase.
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving purchased files to their own devices during the available download period.

Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully completed before paid digital products are made available.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. CoffeeandSp1te does not directly store your full payment-card information.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions and procedures for defective files, duplicate charges, incorrect products, and other purchase problems are explained in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
CoffeeandSp1te products, including their text, layouts, designs, generator systems, graphics, and downloadable files, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under the license described above. It does not transfer copyright or other ownership rights in the product itself.
Website and Product Availability
We may update, modify, discontinue, or replace products or website features. Products you have already purchased remain subject to the terms applicable to that purchase and any download-access limitations associated with it.
We cannot guarantee that the website or download services will be available without interruption at all times.
